Terms & Conditions

  • Cheers and FairPrice Xpress Chinese New Year Pre-order Campaign starts from 12 Jan 2026 till 16 Feb 2026. Collection starts from 18 Jan 2026 till 28 Feb 2026.
  • Participation in the in-store Pre-order campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Pre-orders placed are deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • Pre-orders made for the Cheers and FairPrice Xpress Chinese New Year Pre-order are only available for collection after a minimum of 5 days from the date of payment.
  • No replacement/refund will be given for orders not collected on the stated collection date. Fresh items may be discarded if order is not collected before expiry date.
  • All collections are to be made according to the collection date and preferred collection time slot selected during ordering.
  • FairPrice promo codes and gift vouchers cannot be used for payment via the Pre-order site.
  • No cancellations and exchanges are allowed.
  • Customers shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order, including without limitation the item(s) selected.
  • Pre-orders made and not entitled to linkpoints issuance.
  • FairPrice reserves the right to change or update the terms & conditions or information on any product at any time without prior notice.
  • By submitting personal data (as defined under the Personal Data Protection 2012, “PDPA”) to NTUC FairPrice, you consent to NTUC FairPrice’s collection, use, disclosure and processing of the same for the purpose of processing your order, fulfilling your delivery request, supporting your user experience on our service and related administrative matters in accordance with the PDPA, our Privacy Notice which can be found at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice– , these terms & conditions and applicable laws.
