Terms & Conditions

1. Living with Pokémon Special Edition Stamp will be issued from 4 July 2024, 0400hrs till 25 September 2024, 2359hrs at selected Cheers and FairPrice Xpress. Excluding online purchases on Grab.

2. Last date for redemption of the Living with Pokémon Special Edition is 25 September 2024. WHILE STOCKS LAST.

3. Partial redemption and purchase at recommended retail price is available at selected participating Cheers and FairPrice Xpress stores.

4. For Partial redemptions, only NTUC FairPrice Loyalty Program bonus points are allowed to be used at Cheers and FairPrice Xpress stores. Cheers and FairPrice Xpress stores Stamp/s are not accepted by FairPrice stores for the redemption of the Living with Pokémon Special Edition.

5. Please check items before leaving the store. Once the Living with Pokémon Special Edition products are redeemed, they are considered sold.

6. All redemptions are deemed final; no refunds or exchanges of Living with Pokémon Special Edition will be allowed once redemptions are completed.

7. Every nett purchase of $30, inclusive of fuel purchase but exclude statutory items (infant milk formula stage 1 & 2, 4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep, vouchers, and cigarettes, EZ-Link, FlashPay, CashCard, top-up services, gift cards, phone cards, parking coupons, courier services and purchases via delivery platforms like Grab and Plus! Member Deals), in one receipt entitles the customer to one (1) Living with Pokémon Special Edition Stamp. Combination of receipts is not allowed.

8. Only original Cheers and FairPrice Xpress Living with Pokémon Special Edition Stamps and FairPrice Living with Pokémon Special Edition Bonus Point stubs will be accepted and no photocopies or faded Living with Pokémon Special Edition Stamps and Bonus Point stubs will be allowed.

9. Cheers and FairPrice Xpress reserves the right to substitute items of similar value and change any term and condition without prior notice.

10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Cheers and FairPrice Xpress shall be deemed final.

7. 凡凭单张收据的购物净额满 $30, 即可获得一(1)个 宝可梦生活用品特别系列 印章。此费额包括购买汽油但不包括购买法定机构售卖品 (婴孩第一阶段与第二 阶段配方奶粉、万字票, 多多, 大彩, 礼券和香烟，易通卡(EZ-Link)，万捷通卡(FlashPay)， 现金卡(Cashcard)，充值服务，礼品卡，电话卡，停车 券，快递服务以及通过 Grab和Plus! 等配送平台购物会员优惠)。不得累积多张 收据换领印章。

8. 只有正版 Cheers和FairPrice Xpress宝可梦生活用品特别系列印章以及FairPrice 宝可梦生活用品特别系列红利积分券方可进行换领, 影印本或褪色的 宝可梦生活用品特别系列印章以及红利积分券将一概无效。

9. Cheers和FairPrice Xpress有权在没有预先通知的情况下, 以同等价值的物品取 代及更改条规。

10. 若出现任何争议, Cheers和FairPrice Xpress将享有最终裁定权。
